On 14 May 2026, West Ukrainian National University hosted the 3rd International Financial Forum, ‘Modern Finance: National Stability, Security, Innovative Leadership’, organised by the S. I. Yuriy Department of Finance in partnership with the Ukrainian-American Association of College Educators, the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, the State National University “Academy of Financial Management” of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and with the support of more than 30 Ukrainian and foreign universities and research institutions.

The Faculty of Finance and Accounting of West Ukrainian National University hosted the ‘Musication’ student karaoke battle, which brought young people together in an atmosphere of music, positive emotions and friendly competition.

A careers day was held today at West Ukrainian National University. Dozens of employers visited the university, ranging from representatives of leading banks, food industry firms, confectionery companies, retail chains and children’s entertainment centres to government agencies and the police.

The Third International Conference for Young Scientists: ‘Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development’
On 7–8 May 2026, the third international conference for young researchers, ‘Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development’, was held at West Ukrainian National University and at the ‘Nad Strypoyu’ holiday resort (Skomorokhy village). The event brought together young researchers from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Czechia and Croatia, who presented the results of their research and shared their findings in the field of artificial intelligence and its application towards achieving sustainable development goals.
Charity event at the Novovolynsk Education and Research Institute of Economics and Management
The Novovolynsk Education and Research Institute of Economics and Management of WUNU hosted a charity event entitled ‘A Mother’s Prayer and the Strength of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’, dedicated to Mother’s Day, which will be celebrated in Ukraine on 10 May this year.
