 On 20 March 2026, the staff of the Department of Foreign Languages and Information and Communication Technologies of WUNU held their annual international scientific and practical conference entitled ‘Current Trends in Philological and Pedagogical Research: National and International Perspectives’.

 On 19 January 2026, West Ukrainian National University hosted the 19th International Scientific and Practical Conference for Young Researchers and Students, entitled ‘Innovative Processes in Economic and Socio-Cultural Development: Ukrainian and Foreign Experience’ The event was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of WUNU's founding and the 100th anniversary of the birth of the eminent Ukrainian economist and public figure Bohdan Hawrylyshyn.

We invite you to take part in the 19th International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students, ‘Innovative Processes of Economic and Socio-Cultural Development: Ukrainian and Foreign Experience’, which will take place on 19 March 2026, starting at 10:00 am.

 Submissions are now being accepted for the 16th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies ACIT 2026, which will bring together researchers, scientists, experts and students working in the fields of information technology, computer science, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and mathematical modelling.

 We invite scientists, lecturers and researchers to participate in the international scientific conference ‘Higher Education for the Sustainable Development of a Smart Region’, which will be held on 16 April 2026.

 On 5 December 2025, the Department of Audit of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of WUNU held the XIV International Scientific and Practical E-Conference ‘Accounting, Taxation and Control: Theory and Methodology," dedicated to discussing current theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of accounting, taxation, and control in the context of modern challenges. The event brought together scientists, educators, students, and practitioners from Ukraine and abroad, who presented the results of their research and shared their practical experience.

 On 11-12 December 2025, West Ukrainian National University hosted the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Processes in the Education Sector of Ukraine and Central European Countries: Status, Problems and Prospects," organised by the staff of the Department of Educology and Pedagogy of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of WUNU.

 The Department of Economics and Global Studies, together with WUNU's long-standing partner in scientific research, the Oikos Institute (Bosnia and Herzegovina), invites the scientific and teaching staff of West Ukrainian National University to participate in the XIV Traditional Scientific Conference NEW ECONOMY 2026 on the topic "New Horizons: Digital Economy and Responses to a Changing World", which will take place on 4-5 June 2026 at the School of Business, National Louis University, Nowy Sącz, Poland. WUNU is a co-organiser of the conference.

 Participate in The Third International Conference of Young Scientists on ‘Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development’ (AISD), which will be held on 7–8 May 2026 at West Ukrainian National University.
