WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 In Munich, the European Championships (multisport event) are underway, within which the European canoeing championship took place.

A student of West Ukrainian National University, Serhii Tarnovskyi, won the silver medal in the 500 m race among men.

We are proud of Serhii's achievement, who won his second medal this month!

 For the 176th day in a row, brave Ukrainians continue to fight against the aggressor, who launched a full-scale attack on the territory of our state on February 24. Every day, the community of the classical university of Ternopil unites to bring Ukraine's victory over the enemy closer.

 Recently, the World Championships in kayaking and canoeing ended in Halifax, Canada. The Ukrainian national team won five awards: two gold, one silver and two bronze medals.

With a result of 23:37.85 for 5000 m, the student of West Ukrainian National University, Serhii Tarnovskyi, became the world champion.

 Students of the 4th year of the "International Economics" educational programme of West Ukrainian National University share their impressions of studying at the Dresden University of Technology.

 Memorandum of Understanding between West Ukrainian National University and De Montfort University (Great Britain) was signed today.

 As part of his official visit to classical university of Ternopil, the Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, Professor Jan van Zwietten, held an open lecture "Talent Management. Four axes of human potential".

For two days, on August 6 and 7, 2022, the European Judo Cup among adults was held in Riga.

The national team of Ukraine was represented by 20 athletes. Mykhailo Svidrak, a student of the West Ukrainian National University, successfully performed at these competitions, winning a bronze award in the weight category up to 81 kg.

 During the working visit of the rector of the West Ukrainian National University Andriy Krysovatyy to the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Republic of Poland), an agreement on the joint implementation of educational programs was signed with the vice-rector of the Jagiellonian University for didactics, Armen Edigaryan.

 The national judo team of the West Ukrainian National University took part in the European University Games.

 The West Ukrainian National University volleyball team took 5th place at the European University Games held in Lodz (Poland).
