WUNU student at the European Weightlifting Championships
The competition in the 79 kg weight category has concluded at the European Weightlifting Championships.
Vitalii Daderko, a student of the ‘Physical Education and Sport’ programme at West Ukrainian National University, demonstrated his outstanding training and professionalism.
With a total of 332 kg (152 kg in the snatch and 180 kg in the clean and jerk), the athlete finished eighth in the overall European rankings. A key achievement of the competition was Vitalii’s fulfilment of the standard for the title of Master of Sport of Ukraine, International Class (MSICU).
