ONLY is an educational programme aimed at developing leadership skills within Ukrainian higher education institutions. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in mentoring sessions at their own universities, receiving support and practical advice from experienced mentors.
The programme will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your own needs and your potential. The knowledge and skills you acquire will contribute to your personal development and enable you to bring about positive change within higher education institutions, the education sector and the world of science.
