The Leonid Kanishchenko Library has received a valuable addition to its collection: recent academic literature on law, history, philosophy, international relations, culture, pedagogy, management, philology, economics, psychology, ecology, public administration, and other subjects, donated by the leading international academic publisher Brill Publishers.

The donated legal academic publications will be stored in the European Law Library at the Faculty of Law and will become an important academic resource for students, postgraduates, lecturers and researchers working in the field of European and international law.

This was made possible thanks to the International Law Book Facility and Professor Fryderyk Zoll, a member of the university's supervisory board and a well-known lawyer and scholar. Foreign partners from Jagiellonian University, including Viktor Antoliak, Jacek Zygmunt and Tomasz Szmurlik, who support the development of academic cooperation and access to modern scientific sources for Ukrainian universities, also joined in.

Welcoming the guests, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research Uliana Koruts said: "We express our gratitude to Professor Fryderyk Zoll for his valuable gift to the students of the Faculty of Law and the university community as a whole. The donated literature is not just an addition to the library's collection, but a significant intellectual contribution to the development of legal education, science and academic culture at our university."

These modern scientific publications will be made available to students, postgraduates, lecturers and researchers working in the field of European and international law. This opens up new opportunities for learning, scientific research, understanding contemporary legal challenges and deepening international academic dialogue.

We appreciate Professor Fryderyk Zoll's support, his consistent efforts to develop Ukrainian education and science, and his contribution to strengthening the partnership between our university and the European academic community. This gesture of solidarity, trust and cooperation is of particular importance to us and inspires us to continue working for the advancement of legal science and education in Ukraine.
