An anti-crisis event was held at WUNU to support the mental health of the university community
The Education and Research Centre for Social and Psychological Support and Resilience at WUNU hosted an event in the format of an anti-crisis meeting dedicated to issues of mental health and professional resilience among university employees.
Those present were shown a video presentation summarising the centre's main areas of work, the measures implemented and the experience gained in providing psychological support to the university community and the general public.
The event programme combined psycho-educational activities, interactive practices and informal communication, demonstrating the centre's potential as an effective space for support, recovery and strengthening resilience in the face of ongoing challenges.
The programme also featured creative performances by third-year students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities majoring in Psychology, who presented the challenges of daily professional activity and ways to maintain psychological stability in a light-hearted manner.
The event highlighted the crucial role of the Resilience Centre in developing a system of psychological support and professional resilience at the university.
