Training on developing cohesion and effective communication in the educational process
As part of her pre-diploma internship at the Education and Research Centre for Social and Psychological Support and Resilience at WUNU, student Anna Nakliutska conducted a training session on ‘Cohesion and effective communication in the educational process: non-violent communication and conflict resolution.’
The event's goal was to build practical skills for constructive interaction, develop a culture of professional dialogue, and master non-violent communication tools in an educational setting.
Participants learned about the theoretical foundations of effective communication, analysed typical conflict situations that arise in educational institutions, and considered effective ways to resolve them constructively. The training was interactive: practical exercises, small group work, and discussions of real-life cases helped to actively engage participants and reinforce the skills they had learned.
Such initiatives are important for fostering a culture of mutual understanding, developing emotional intelligence, and improving communication in the educational environment. The Resilience Centre actively supports students' initiatives and creates conditions for their professional growth, contributing to the training of competent and responsible specialists.
