Establishing cooperation
An official meeting between the Swedish delegation and the administration of West Ukrainian National University took place on February 11. Roger Fredriksson, Deputy Mayor of Ronneby, and Mikael Mortensson, Chairman of the Committee on Technical Issues, Recreation and Culture of the Kingdom of Sweden, spoke with the university's rector, Oksana Desyatnyuk.
During the meeting, the parties discussed possible areas of international cooperation, particularly in the IT industry and the economic sector, taking into account the challenges of today.
Special attention was paid to issues of cooperation between the International Centre for Culture and Development of the University and the department headed by Mikael Mortensson. Colleagues outlined areas of cooperation that could form the basis for joint projects and educational initiatives.
