As part of a series of practical training sessions, students enrolled in the International Relations programme at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy visited SE Bordnetze-Ukraine LLC. Representatives of the company conducted a brief training session and an informative tour for the students.

Young people had the opportunity to see production facilities from the inside, learn about modern standards of corporate culture and strategies for working in international markets. Such experience inspires, broadens horizons and demonstrates how theoretical knowledge from classrooms is applied in a real business environment.

The students earnestly shared what impressed and inspired them the most.

Liliia Bodnar, student of group MV-11: "Visiting SE Bordnetze-Ukraine LLC made a good impression on me. We saw how modern production works, where electrical cable systems are manufactured for global brands of cars, various models of Volkswagen and Audi. It was interesting to follow the entire production process – from design to packaging and shipping. I was impressed by how well-organised the production was: everything was new, clean, tidy, and worked in several shifts. The tour made it clear how complex and coordinated the process of manufacturing automotive components is, and how important it is that everything is done with high quality and without errors. I am really proud that Ukraine has such modern enterprises."

Yelyzaveta Chernetska, group MV-11: "It was very interesting to see how the factory operates and how cable harnesses for cars are manufactured. As a student of the International Relations programme, I was also interested to learn about communication with international partners. Such excursions are useful for understanding that large companies are open to cooperation with students."

Sofia Menko, group MV-11: "During this meeting, the employees familiarised us with the history and work of this enterprise, showed us the process of creating cable and wire products for cars, and told us about the main aspects of SEBN-UA's work. I am glad that I visited a company that was new to me and learned that with any higher education, you can get a job at such a prestigious company. I am sincerely grateful to SEBN-UA for this incredible experience!"

We sincerely thank the management and the team of the plant for their openness and professionalism. New meetings and opportunities for our international specialists lie ahead!
