Associate professors from the B. Havrylyshyn Institute of International Relations interned at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences
Associate professors of the Department of International Economic Relations, Larysa Verhun and Nataliia Batryn, completed an internship at Inholland University of Applied Sciences (Alkmaar, Kingdom of the Netherlands) under the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme.
L.I. Verhun and N.V. Batryn conducted lectures and practical classes with third-year students of the Faculty of Business and Finance at Inholland University of Applied Sciences on the following topics: ‘Creative Collaboration Across Cultures: Turning Cultural Differences into Competitive Advantage’ (L.I. Verhun) and ‘Enhancing multicultural teamwork through Hofstede’s cultural dimensions framework’ (N.V. Batryn).
Teachers were also involved in consulting and mid-term assessment of group practice-oriented projects presented by students of the Global Business Development programme.
The exchange of experience with foreign colleagues and discussion of further prospects for cooperation within the Erasmus+ project also served as an important part of the event.
The visit was a great opportunity to meet with students of the International Business and International Management programmes, who are studying at the partner university this semester, and to receive positive feedback from Inholland lecturers about our students' conscientious attitude, perseverance, resilience and good exam results.
