Teachers from the Department of Information and Computing Systems and Control of WUNU visited Spain
From 10 to 16 November 2025, teachers of the Department of Information and Computing Systems and Control, Myroslav Komar, Khrystyna Lipianina-Honcharenko and Oleksandr Osolinskyi visited Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) on an international work trip.
The trip took place as part of the international Erasmus+ YouthSOFTPOWER: Youth Engaged in European Soft Power project, aimed at developing youth competencies and forming instruments of European soft power.
From 12 to 14 November 2025, the delegation took part in the project's kick-off meeting, which was held at the premises of the partner organisation Consulta Europa Projects & Innovation S.L.
Important steps were taken during the meeting: the project management structure, reporting procedures, and mechanisms for cooperation between partners were agreed upon; working approaches for implementing WP2–WP5 were defined: needs assessment, development of training materials, pilot activities, and communication strategy; requirements to the content and formats of educational materials, data collection methods and evaluation criteria for pilot activities were clarified; detailed explanations were provided on financial and administrative management, rules for confirming expenses and preparing reports.
A calendar of future meetings and mobility events has been agreed upon, which will ensure consistency and coordination across all work packages.
The trip was a significant step towards deepening international cooperation. It helped share experiences and lay the groundwork for the effective implementation of the YouthSOFTPOWER project.
We would like to thank our partners at Consulta Europa for their warm welcome, professional organisation and constructive dialogue. Together, we are creating new opportunities for young people and strengthening European soft power!
