Training sessions aimed at developing psychological resilience held at WUNU

The Centre for Resilience at West Ukrainian National University hosted a two-day training course aimed at developing psychological resilience and effective self-regulation skills among representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The training was conducted by trainers from the Israel Trauma Coalition, who shared modern approaches to supporting mental health, overcoming stress and maintaining professional effectiveness under high stress conditions.
The event was another step in the implementation of the resilience centre's mission — to strengthen the psychological resilience of specialists whose decisions and actions determine the security and stability of our state.
