The Department of Economic Expertise and Land Management of WUNU held a training practice on the territory of the educational and research production farm ‘Nauka’
The Department of Economic Expertise and Land Management of the West Ukrainian National University successfully conducted a training practice on the territory of the educational and research production farm ‘Nauka’.
As part of their practical training, students majoring in G18 ‘Geodesy and Land Management’ under the educational and professional programme ‘Expert Assessment of Land and Real Estate’ completed a set of field work tasks under the guidance of the head of the training practice, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economic Expertise and Land Management Mykhailo Humennyi.
in particular: laying out a fourth-class polygon (first and second grades) – students laid out polygon courses, measured angles and lines, and processed materials in accordance with the regulatory requirements for this accuracy class. Class IV levelling and technical levelling with longitudinal profile compilation – students practised determining elevations between points, laid out levelling courses and consolidated their skills in working with optical instruments.
The use of the territory of the ERPF ‘Nauka’ enabled students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a professional environment and develop key professional competencies.
