TURBO project participants spoke with specialists from the Ternopil Regional Employment Centre
Participants of the TURBO project (“The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises”) had the opportunity to talk to specialists from the Ternopil Regional Employment Centre and learn about modern support tools.
Natalia Brych, Head of Active Programmes Implementation, spoke about professional development opportunities, entrepreneurship support and training vouchers. This is a great chance for IDPs to learn a new profession, retrain or upgrade their qualifications in the most sought-after specialities free of charge.
Information from Mykhailo Shevchuk, head of the financial management project implementation department, about grant programmes for starting your own business and compensation for employers for hiring IDPs was also valuable. After all, many displaced persons seek not only to find work, but also to create new opportunities for others.
Thank you very much for the open dialogue, support and practical advice!
Together, we are shaping new perspectives and moving confidently into the future.
