Participants of the TURBO project's fall semester completed their training in management
Participants in the autumn semester of the TURBO project (‘The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises’) have completed their training in management. Lecturers Hryhorii Monastyrskyi (Professor of the Department of Management, Public Administration and Human Resources), and Oleksandra Ovsianiuk (Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Public Administration and Human Resources) shared their knowledge and helped each participant discover their own leadership potential.
The participants practised working in teams, finding solutions in difficult situations, analysing real-life examples and discovering the secrets of effective management. The atmosphere of the classes was warm and inspiring. Having mastered the basics of management, the participants took another confident step forward.
The learning continues. And ahead lie new disciplines, discoveries and opportunities.
