The international scientific conference ACIT'2025 has concluded its work
On September 19, 2025, the official closing ceremony of the international scientific conference 2025 15th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies (ACIT'2025) took place. The event brought together scientists, teachers, graduate students, and undergraduates from many countries to present the results of their research, share research ideas, and discuss current problems in the development of information technologies.
During the three days of the ACIT'2025 conference, participants had the opportunity to present the results of their research and discuss them with colleagues from around the world. On the first day, 88 reports were presented on issues related to artificial intelligence, data analysis, modelling and system optimisation. On the second day, 56 scientific reports were presented, covering topics such as modern digital technologies in education, information technologies in economics and management, threats to information systems, and the development of methods for protecting networks and data.
The third day of the conference was filled with poster presentations and sectional reports, during which 62 presentations were delivered. Thus, 206 scientific reports were heard during ACIT'2025. This demonstrates the strong interest of the international scientific community in the development of modern information technologies and their application in various fields.
The involvement of first-year students from the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies at West Ukrainian National University was a pleasant addition to the conference. In particular, Solomiia Marchuk, a student majoring in F5 ‘Cybersecurity and Information Protection,’ presented her own research on ‘Developing a System for Analysing Cyberattack Techniques and Tactics,’ which sparked keen interest among participants and led to a lively discussion of modern approaches to cyber defence. Her presentation was an example of how young scientists can combine theoretical knowledge with practical developments in the field of information security.
On 19 September, on the third day of ACIT'2025, a meeting of the conference programme committee was held. During the meeting, the course of scientific discussions was analysed and the main findings of the event were summarised. Particular attention was paid to improving the organisational format of the conference, expanding international cooperation and attracting young scientists. The committee members also considered possible locations for the next conference and outlined further prospects for development.
During the meeting, Jiří Vojtěšek, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Informatics at Tomas Bata University (Czech Republic), gave a presentation on the university to the conference programme committee, introducing its scientific achievements, modern laboratories, research opportunities and conditions for participation in the upcoming conference.
In addition to the rich scientific programme, conference participants had the opportunity to take part in the cultural component of the event. The delegation visited Krka National Park, one of Croatia's most remarkable natural attractions. During the excursion, participants were able to see the famous cascading waterfalls, crystal clear lakes and rich flora and fauna of the region, which create a unique natural landscape. The atmosphere of the park evoked a sense of harmony and inspiration, provided an excellent opportunity for informal communication between conference participants, and helped to strengthen friendly ties between representatives of different universities and scientific schools.
At the official closing ceremony of the conference, Frane Urem, co-chair of the conference and professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Šibenik (Republic of Croatia), addressed the participants: "Our scientific event was a success: during the conference, 206 reports were made, including 31 poster presentations. In total, more than 100 people attended the conference on-site and more than 150 online. Scientists from 61 countries presented their reports."
In his speech, the co-chair of the conference, Vice-Rector for Research at the West Ukrainian National University Mykola Dyvak, emphasised that all articles and presentations submitted to the conference will be included in the conference proceedings and published in the IEEE Xplorer Digital Library, with subsequent indexing in the Scopus and Web of Science scientometric databases. Emphasising the importance of the conference for the development of international scientific cooperation, he expressed his sincere gratitude to the organisers, moderators, speakers and all participants for their fruitful work, professionalism and significant contribution to strengthening the global scientific community.
It was with great pleasure that Mykola Dyvak announced that the next, 16th ACIT International Conference will be held at Tomas Bata University in Zlín (Czech Republic) from 2 to 4 September 2026.
