A cooperation agreement was signed with the PH Wien (Vienna, Austria)
The West Ukrainian National University has signed a cooperation agreement with the Pädagogische Hochschule Wien (Vienna University College of Teacher Education). The signing of was an important step towards strengthening long-term cooperation between educational institutions and developing joint educational and research initiatives.
During the official meeting, the Rector of WUNU, Professor Oksana Desyatnyuk and the Rector of PH Wien, Professor Barbara Herzog-Punzenberger discussed key areas of cooperation. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the International Centre for Culture and Development of WUNU, Professor Olha Tsaryk, and the Head of the Internationalisation Centre of PH Wien, Professor Thomas Bauer.
The parties identified promising areas of joint activity, including academic mobility of teachers and students, implementation of intercultural projects, holding scientific conferences, and development of innovative teacher training programmes.
This agreement opens up new opportunities for the exchange of experience and the development of the European higher education area, in which the West Ukrainian National University has been actively participating.
