 First-year students of the Department of Economic Expert Analysis and Land Management are actively participating in training practicals, during which they consolidate their theoretical knowledge.

In order to effectively master surveying skills, the group was divided into two teams: one practised levelling, while the other performed theodolite surveying. This division allowed students to immerse themselves more deeply in working with surveying instruments, learn how to record elevations between points and construct a map of the area.

Under the guidance of experienced teachers — Zoriana Tartachynska and Mykhailo Humennyi — students gain their first practical skills, which will become the foundation for their further professional development.

This practice was not only a way for students to test themselves in the field, but also an important step towards understanding the specifics of their future profession.

What did students gain from the practicum?
– Skills in working with surveying instruments;
– Understanding of the structure of field measurements;
– Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility for results;
– First steps towards a conscious understanding of their profession.

Such a practical training format not only develops basic professional skills, but also motivates students to further develop their skills in the field of geodesy, land management and property appraisal.

Practice is the first step towards a real career. And our students are taking this step with confidence!
Practical training is the key to becoming a skilled professional. And we believe that future land and property valuation experts are starting their journey here!
