Training course: ‘The Leader and Their Team’
The Campus Student Council organized a training session entitled ‘The Leader and Their Team’, which provided an excellent opportunity for students to unlock their leadership potential and deepen their understanding of teamwork.
Zoriana Krupnyk, a specialist at the Education and Research Centre for Social and Psychological Support and Resilience and an associate professor at the Department of Psychology and Social Work at West Ukrainian National University, was the guest speaker at the event.
Participants had the opportunity to work with real cases and practical tasks. During the training, students learned about the key principles of effective leadership, learned to recognise the strengths of team members, and understood how to build healthy, trusting, and productive relationships within a team.
At the end of the event, Vice-Rector for Social and Economic Development Vasyl Bulavynets expressed his sincere gratitude: ‘Such events help to shape responsible and proactive young leaders who will change society for the better in the future. Thank you for your enthusiasm and commitment.’
This is not the first time we have collaborated with Zoriana Krupnyk, and every meeting with her is a valuable experience, providing new knowledge and motivation for action. Her professionalism and skill in working with young people once again inspired participants to develop their personal leadership qualities.
