Bukovel Academic Spring School "Implementation of international experience in public administration, business and law on Ukraine's path to European integration"
The active process of European integration opens up new opportunities for the academic and research community. Education and science play a key role in shaping the foundation for the development of democratic values, protection of human rights and innovation.
The school focuses on international academic internships and professional development (internships) for research and teaching staff of higher education institutions, researchers of scientific institutions, doctoral students, postgraduate students, fellows, and practitioners in the following directions.
General areas:
Module 1: Strategic and crisis management for university leaders.
Module 2. Building an interactive university and managing innovative educational programs.
Module 3: Cultural communication and strategies in international research and educational projects.
Professional fields:
Module 4. Business.
Module 5: Public administration.
Module 6: Law.
The academic load of the internship is 6 ECTS (180 hours) and is distributed over 6 working weeks with 6 hours per day.
To participate in the Bukovel Academic Spring School (BASS 2024) you need to:

2. Choose the form of participation:
a. International academic internship in the field of study chosen in accordance with the School Programme, 180 hours, 6 ECTS credits, with the issuance of an International Certificate of internship from Šibenik University of Applied Sciences (the Republic of Croatia).
Registration fee is UAH 4000
or
b. Professional development (internship) in the field chosen in accordance with the School Programme, 180 hours, 6 ECTS credits, with the issuance of a certificate of West Ukrainian National University.
Registration fee is UAH 2000
3. A mandatory condition for participation is the preparation of a scientific and methodological report (requirements for the report will be sent to registered participants together with the programme).
4. Pay the registration fee using the details that will be sent after registration.
The registration fees of the academic internship participants are used to cover administrative costs, production of international certificates, and use of the official information portal.
Part of the funds will be donated for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Form of participation
- remote (from 15 April to 01 June 2024)
or
- mixed (remote: from 15 April to 01 June and in-person: from 29 May to 01 June 2024 in Bukovel, Polianytsia village, Ivano-Frankivsk region).
Working languages: Ukrainian, English.
The cost of accommodation for in-person participation in Bukovel from 29 May to 01 June 2024 depends on the category of the selected room and is paid separately.
