A visit lecture by Fryderick Zoll
Recently, students and lecturers of the Law Faculty attended a visit lecture by Professor Fryderick Zoll, dr. hab., Doctor Honoris Causa, Professor at the Jagiellonian University and the University of Osnabrück, founder of the School of Polish and European Law.
The participants of the event had an opportunity to discuss topical issues of European contract law, in particular, legal regulation and existing case law of the EU Court of Justice, namely unfair terms of consumer contracts. The knowledge gained is extremely valuable for the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the acquis communautaire.
The outstanding event also included the awarding of certificates to the participants of the Winter School of European Law held at the University of Osnabrück from 29 November to 7 December at the European Legal Studies Institute.
