The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has published a list of academics who have been awarded a lifetime scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding services in higher education. Alla Melnyk, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, is among the scholarship holders.
