Recently, a delegation from West Ukrainian National University, headed by Oksana Koval, Director of the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University, and Anastasia Martynevych, Coordinator of International Activities at ERIC, underwent an international internship at the Netherlands Business Academy (Dordrecht, the Kingdom of the Netherlands) as part of the Erasmus+ Project Key Action 107.

The curriculum and practical orientation of the classes were coordinated by Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the NBA, who is also the Director of the School of Negotiation and Mediation of WUNU's Education and Research Institute of Communications.

The goal of the international internship was to improve the academic and professional skills of the participants, develop intercultural cooperation and improve the quality of education and research activities of the university. During their stay at the Netherlands Business Academy, the representatives of WUNU had a unique opportunity to exchange experience and knowledge with colleagues from another country. Participants took part in joint lectures, seminars, workshops, and interactive group projects.

The university delegates learned to better understand the diversity of views and approaches to solving various problems, as well as to enrich their knowledge of cultural diversity. Among other benefits, the internship at the Netherlands Business Academy also provided an opportunity to improve language skills. All participants received certificates of international internship.

Therefore, we express our deep gratitude to Jan van Zwieten, Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, for the high level of organization, his professionalism and ability to teach complex things easily, the practice-oriented nature of the classes, and incredible hospitality. We are grateful to NBA professor Gea van Klompenburg for the extremely interesting workshops. And many thanks to Ms. Yvette Lewis, NBA professor, international cooperation manager, international mobility coordinator, for the opportunity to work with us.
