Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Western Ukrainian National University, Center of Interreligious and Interconfessional Dialog “Libbertas”, Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus and National University “Poltava Polytechnic named after Yurii Kondratiuk” invite you to take part in the International Scientific Conference “INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON SOCIETY, POLITICS, BUSINESS AND CULTURE” on October/13/2021 in Ternopil.

Partners of the Conference: Catholic University of Ružomberоk (Slovakia), The High School of Management and Administration in Opole (Poland).

Languages of the Сonference: Ukrainian, Polish, Slovak, English.

The Conference will be held off-line and on-line in Zoom. Meeting ID and Passcode will be sent to every participant on e-mail.

Guidelines of the Conference:

• Interreligious dialogue in socio-cultural dimension.
• Outstanding figures of interreligious dialogue.
• Problems of religious identity: origins and the present time.
• Contribution of religious denominations to preservation of the spiritual and cultural heritage.
• Influence of interreligious dialogue on solving of military conflicts and social problems in the 21th century.
• Religious ethics and business: realities and prospects.
• Role of the clergy in the interreligious dialogue.
• Participation of politicians, businessmen, scientists and cultural professionals in interreligious dialogue.
• Interconfessional and interchurch relations in the context of the world Christianity.
• Religious tolerance as the imperative of modernity.
• Social component of activities of religious organizations.
• Pilgrimage tourism as a trend of Post-Modern age.
• Interreligious dialogue or dialogue of cultures: view from the 21th century.

-        an electronic version of the application form,

-        an electronic version of the report,

-        the scientific supervisor’s opinion (for postgraduate students).

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REPORTS

• Volume – 5 pages in A4 format page (297*210 mm), orientation – portrait;
• Margins: top, bottom, right, left – 20 mm;
• Font – Times New Roman, pins – 14, line spacing – 1.5, Style – Normal;
• References should be made in square brackets; list of references is noted at the end of the text without repetitions (eg. [2, 35]: 2 – is a number of the source and 35 – is a number of the page);
• First line –name and surname of the author (font bold italics, aligned on the right side);
• Second line –scientific degree, position / year of the study and university (italic type, the way to the right, then double paragraph);
• Next paragraph – theme of the report (all lowercase bold font, centered);
• Text of the report;
• At the end of the text of the report – REFERENCES (all lowercase bold font, centered).
• The file extension *.rtf is needed.

Editorial board keeps the right to edit, shorten or reject the author’s materials which do not correspond to the requirements.
