Project SUUUpoRT («Structural support of Ukrainian Universities in Upkeep and Rebuilding оf Higher Education»)
The priority of SUUUpoRT is to strengthen Ukrainian universities during the crisis by providing educational video resources that students can access free of charge in an online environment for self-directed learning.
Project coordinator: Technische Universität Bergakademie (Freiberg, Germany).
Partners (beneficiaries):
• Sumy State University, Ukraine;
• West Ukrainian National University, Ukraine;
• National TU "Dnipro Polytechnic", Ukraine;
• Lutsk National Technical University, Ukraine.
The goal of the project is to enhance the resilience of Ukrainian higher education institutions by providing them with modern equipment for creating digital video content and virtualizing the learning process, as well as for developing and integrating educational courses into the international digital learning environment of the SUUUpoRT project.
Specific objectives:
1. Improving the ability of Ukrainian higher education institutions to offer more flexible educational opportunities through modern digital equipment.
2. Exchanging experiences with international and Ukrainian partners on remote learning for youth with flexible schedules.
3. Providing educational video resources for Ukrainian students free of charge for self-directed learning.
4. Modernizing the digital equipment of Ukrainian universities.
Immediate results:
• at least 400 students from each Ukrainian higher education institution partnering in the SUUUpoRT project will have access to digital content;
• at least 100 students from each Ukrainian higher education institution partnering in the SUUUpoRT project will complete training on the designated platform and receive certificates.
