  In addition to general disciplines, students study the following professional disciplines: Civil Law (General Part), Civil Law (Special Part), Civil Procedure, Inheritance Law, Labor Law, Law of Natural Resources Use, Current Issues of Civil Law and Procedure, Legal Consulting, Intellectual Property Law, Advocacy of Ukraine, Practice of Civil Proceedings, Protection of Labor Rights, Information Law, European Union Law, Current Issues of the Law of Obligations, Law, Environmental Law, and others. 

  After graduating from the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, graduates can hold the following positions: legal researchers, notaries, lawyers and prosecutors, judges, other legal professionals.

 The Department of Civil Law and Procedure actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: Ternopil Court of Appeal, Ternopil City District Court, South-Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Ternopil Oblast, bar associations, lawyers and notaries, other state and local government bodies.

 The Department of Civil Law and Procedure implements international cooperation with foreign partners: Osnabrück University (Germany); Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland); Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgia); Matej Bel University (Banská Bystrica, Slovakia); Nord University (Bodø, Norway), where students have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships and semester studies.
