About the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law
The staff of the Department of Administrative Law and Judiciary of WUNU trains specialists in the educational and professional program
- Law.
During the course of study, in addition to general disciplines, students study the following professional disciplines: Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure, Financial Law, Commercial Law, Commercial Procedure and others.
After graduating from the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law, graduates can hold the following positions: legal researchers, notaries, lawyers and prosecutors, judges, other legal professionals.
The Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: Ternopil Court of Appeal, Ternopil City District Court, South-Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Ternopil Oblast, bar associations, lawyers and notaries, other state and local government bodies.
The Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law implements international cooperation with foreign partners: Osnabrück University (Germany); Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland); Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgia); Matej Bel University (Banská Bystrica, Slovakia); Nord University (Bodø, Norway), where students have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, to apply for jobs.
