The staff of the Department of Management and Administration (IFERIM, WUNU) trains specialists in the following educational programs:

During the study, in addition to general disciplines, students study the following disciplines: financial market, finance, international banks and global politics, outsourcing, public administration, regional government, accounting and taxation, financial accounting, accounting and reporting according to international standards, accounting and taxation economic processes of enterprises, management accounting, budget system, treasury system, tax system, business planning and budgeting, public financial control, financial decisions of households, professional ethics of the financier, resource management and sustainable development, local management, finance of territorial communities, law, public security, protection of domestic producers and economic security of the country, public administration, municipal administration, municipal management, creation and accounting of own business, information technologies in accounting and taxation, automated workplace of an accountant, economic analysis, international stock markets, money and credit, banking, economics and finance of enterprises, financial management, banking technologies and products, reporting and financial analysis, fiscal administration, digital declaration technologies, control in enterprise management, tax accounting, macroeconomics, international economics, marketing, customs, management, insurance, local finance, public finance, multilevel economy, international economic relations, e-government, control and audit, organization and methods of economic expertise of business activities, technology of accounting and taxation of business activities.

After graduating from the department, graduates can hold the following positions: financial manager, financial economist, specialist in the securities market and stock exchange transactions, appraiser-expert, liquidator-manager of property of debtor companies, insurance agent, inspector of collection, credit inspector , state inspector, chief accountant, financial director, accountant, accountant-auditor, head of audit firm, auditor, accountant-expert, accountant-cashier, auditor, accountant-auditor, economist in accounting and business analysis, state inspector, chairman of councils , administrations, committees, departments, in the relevant Ministries, local governments and their executive committees; analyst, expert, advisor or consultant on economic issues, decentralization, social responsibility, energy saving and energy efficiency, standardization, certification and quality; to represent Ukraine or its region in international organizations on issues of local self-government and sustainable development.
