 The Department of International Economic Relations of WUNU provides training of specialists under the following educational programs:

Bachelor:

 During their studies, in addition to general disciplines, students study the following professionally oriented courses: International Business (in English); International Logistics (in English); International Trade (in English); International Economic Relations (in English); Artificial Intelligence in International Business; International Management (in English); International Marketing; E-business; Cross-cultural Management (in English); International Relations and World Politics; Brand Management; Global Marketing Strategies of Companies (in English); International Innovation Marketing (in English); Innovative Technologies in Management; Professional Translation Practicum (in English); Foreign Language I; Foreign Language II; Business Communications (in English); International Conflicts; Team Management and Leadership (in English); International Business Analytics; International Cooperation; International Investment Activity; Management of Foreign Economic Activity; International Stock Markets; International Monetary, Financial and Credit Relations (in English); Management of International Projects; Digital Marketing (in English); Accounting in the Digital Economy and International Business (in English); International Strategies of Innovative Development; Risk Management in the International Business Environment.

 After graduation from the department, graduates can hold the following positions: general director, CEO, operating director, top manager in joint and foreign enterprises, branch manager, marketing director, expert in international trade and foreign economic issues, sales manager, economist in international organizations, investment analyst, specialist in stock exchange operations, HR, expert in international affairs, specialist in asset management in international economic relations, specialist in international market research, specialist in international marketing, advisor on international affairs, attaché, representative of an enterprise/institution abroad.

 The department actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: Department of Strategic Development of the City of the Ternopil City Council, Department of International Cooperation and Fundraising of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Hungary in Ternopil (Ternopil region), Regional Representation in Ternopil region of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC Ukraine, LLC “TD VIKNAR’OV”, LLC “Schreder”, LLC “ALTOPORK” (foreign investments), LLC “RELOKIYA”, Department of Education of TRSA, Diia.Business Ternopil, LLC “CE Bordnetze-Ukraine”, Digital agency Koala Masters, TRC “Podolyany”, where students also have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships, training practices, and find employment.

 The department actively cooperates with international partners, including: Inholland University of Applied Sciences (Alkmaar, the Netherlands); Aarhus School of Business (Aarhus, Denmark); University of Applied Sciences (Vienna, Austria); Higher Institute of International Commerce (Dunkirk, France); Navarra School of Commerce (Barcelona, Spain); British Columbia Institute of Technology (Vancouver, Canada); Wroclaw University of Economics (Wroclaw, Poland), Nord University (Bodø, Norway), Indiana Wesleyan University (USA).

 The department conducts fundamental state-funded research on the topic “Concept of Reconstruction and Green Recovery of Ukraine” (state registration number 0124U000003). The department carries out contractual research works that have practical significance for modern science and business, in particular: “Formation of an Environmental Brand of a Company in Foreign Markets” (MEV-37-2024); “Transformation of the Logistics Services Market in the Conditions of European Integration” (MEV-77-2024); “Creation of LLM Agents for Optimization of Marketing Activities of an International Company in the Conditions of Green Economic Reconstruction” (MEV-22-2026); “Formation of Urban Business Clusters as a Tool of International Cooperation in the Real Estate Sector” (MEV-33-2026).

 The department is the organizer of the annual International scientific and practical conference of young scientists and students “Innovative Processes of Economic and Socio-cultural Development: Domestic and Foreign Experience”.

At the Department of International Economic Relations, a modern educational space for students and teachers “Studio of International Economic Relations” (room 1417) operates, where classes in international business and international management are held, interactive trainings, meetings with practitioners, online conferences with international partners, and defense of qualification works take place.
