The Association is a voluntary association of citizens of Ukraine and other countries, which is created on the basis of professional independence and unites representatives of the educational profession - teachers and administrators of higher education institutions, scientists, public figures and others.

Main goals oof the Association are: to establish, develop and maintain direct international contacts and connections; to exchange experience, cooperate with international organizations in the same field of activity; hold conferences, seminars and other events; to carry out exchanges of delegations of youth, scientists, researchers, teachers, specialists in various fields of knowledge; to accept and implement projects and programs of the Association for their implementation on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.
