Department of Fundamental and Special Disciplines
The staff of the Department of Fundamental and Specialized Disciplines at the Novovolynsk Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Management of WUNU provides training for specialists under the following educational programs:

Throughout their studies, in addition to general disciplines, students take professionally oriented courses such as:
Automated Workplace of an Accountant, Administrative Management, Audit, Multilevel Economics, Banking, Bank Regulation and Supervision, Banking Technologies and Products, Business Analysis, Business Investments, Business Planning and Budgeting, Accounting and Taxation, Budget System, Money and Credit, State Financial Control, Business Communication in English, Business Communication, Business Express Diagnostics and Decision-Making, Protection of Domestic Producers and Economic Security of the Country, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Innovative Technologies in Professional Education, Foreign Language, Information Technologies in Accounting and Taxation, Information and Communication Technologies, History of Economic Thought, History and Culture of Ukraine, Treasury System, Control in Enterprise Management, Macroeconomics, Marketing, Personnel Management, Management, Financial Management, Central Bank and Monetary System.
Upon graduation, students of the department are qualified to hold positions within the system of public administration bodies (such as the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, State Customs Service of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine, State Treasury Service of Ukraine, State Audit Office of Ukraine, Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, National Securities and Stock Market Commission, National Financial Services Regulatory Commission); in united territorial communities; in national and international companies engaged in foreign economic activity; in financial, insurance, trust and trading companies; in banks, credit unions, pawnshops, investment funds and companies; in business structures (as accountants, business analysts, internal auditors); in independent expert organizations (audit firms, economic expertise institutes); in customs and brokerage offices; and in entrepreneurial structures in industries such as manufacturing, trade, construction, hotel and tourism, housing and communal services, consumer services, food service, transportation, and information and consulting services. They may also pursue careers in scientific research and teaching at higher education institutions, research and expert-analytical institutions.
The department actively cooperates with institutions and organizations such as:
PJSC "Western Industrial Group", LLC "Novovolynsk Television, Telephony, Internet", LLC "Empire of Fats", the Treasury Department in Novovolynsk, the municipal enterprise "Novovolynskvodokanal", the Education Department of the Executive Committee of Novovolynsk City Council, the Social Insurance Fund Office in Novovolynsk, and the Poromiv United Territorial Community. Here, students also have the opportunity to gain practical experience, participate in internships and training practices, and find employment.
