International conference "Early Childhood in Time of War"
Dear colleagues, we are pleased to invite you to take part in the international conference "Early Childhood in Time of War", which will be held on 8 and 9 April 2024 from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 10:00 to 18:00 Jerusalem time.
This event will bring together educators, psychologists, social workers, researchers and other professionals from around the world and will focus on a number of critical issues.
Participation is open to people with experience in the following areas: educational and psychosocial work with internally displaced children and families in the context of a long war; practical application of therapeutic work to treat grief and loss among children; best practices in working with childcare staff: how to train and support adults who work with children; kindergarten of the future in time of war: using opportunities to overcome the crisis.
To apply, please fill in the online application form by 15 March. The submission should include a brief description of expertise, relevant experience and an abstract of your proposed presentation topic.
