Opening of the Centre for Political Science Studies!

 The Centre for Political Science Studies of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy of B.D. Havrylyshyn Education and Research Institute of International Relations was officially opened at West Ukrainian National University.


The auditorium was equipped with the support of the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Ternopil, a renowned alumna of WUNU, Tetiana Chubak. It has everything necessary for students to study diligently and work productively, to develop creatively and to rest comfortably.


The opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of WUNU Oksana Desyatnyuk, who said: "Thanks to effective cooperation with the Honorary Consulate of Hungary in Ternopil, we give young people the opportunity to grow professionally and gain experience. It is gratifying that this project is being implemented at the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, where experienced mentors are working on interesting projects together with the younger generation."


The opening of the centre has been a long-awaited and exciting event in the life of the staff of Institute.


Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Viktor Ostroverkhov, Vice-Rector for Research Mykola Dyvak, Vice-Rector for International Relations Uliana Koruts, Acting Director of B. Havrylyshyn ERIIR Maksym Zhyvko, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy Tetiana Cholach-Honcharuk, teachers, students, and principals of partner schools in Ternopil joined the event.


For many years, West Ukrainian National University has been implementing various ideas, scientific and educational activities, involving stakeholders and alumni in cooperation. We are convinced that the opening of the Centre for Political Science Studies at the university will inspire everyone to implement projects that will contribute to the development of the political outlook and leadership of students.
