Simulated court hearing "Forced expulsion of a foreigner from Ukraine"
As part of the course "European Migration Law", 2nd year students of the Law Faculty of West Ukrainian National University took part in a simulated court hearing on "Forced expulsion of a foreigner from Ukraine".
During the event, the young men and women demonstrated their oratory and academic skills and learned the intricacies of Ukrainian legislation on foreigners.
We would like to thank the professional jury for their fair assessment: Larysa Khrystiuk, Head of the Sector for the Prevention of Illegal Migration, Readmission and Expulsion of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Ternopil Region, and Tetiana Yankova, Head of the Preparatory Department for Foreigners and Stateless Persons of WUNU.
The best students were awarded with certificates of honour, and the jury members received letters of appreciation.
