Viktor Ostroverkhov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research of WUNU, congratulating the youth, said: "Sport is an integral part of the student life all over the world, because a healthy body means a healthy mind! Sport gives us the opportunity not only to maintain health, but also to develop perseverance, determination and willpower, which are so necessary today. We must be strong, because each of us contributes to the victory."

Viktor Ustenko, Deputy Head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, said: "The future belongs to young people full of vital energy, which is why they need to improve themselves and their sports skills.

We are grateful to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for every passing day, for being able to make plans for the future and achieving our dream goals."

Ilona Diadio, an artist from WUNU, greeted the young people with a song, and the NEW JECT DANCE crew performed a dance number.

The athletes and their coaches held demonstration training sessions in various sports. Qualified specialists and experienced athletes demonstrated training in 4 sections: basketball - Ihor Bilovus, handball - Andrii Vertsimaha, football - Volodymyr Levchuk and track and field - Vasyl Yakoviv.
