WUNU student participates in the European Youth Parliament
The student of the Group EME-11 (majoring in International Economics) Liudmyla Haliulko participated in a session of the European Youth Parliament, which was held on December 10-12, 2022 in Warsaw.
The European Youth Parliament is an organization that encourages European youth to actively participate in public and cultural life, familiarizes them with the principles of the European Parliament and enables young people to make their voices heard in the main parliament of Europe. The regional qualifying session in Warsaw was under the patronage of the Mayor of Warsaw and with the support of the European Parliament.
The student participated in all parts of the meeting - teambuilding, the profile work of the Committee and the General Assembly.
At the General Assembly, her main task was the defense of the resolution, which the parliamentarians themselves call a debate. At the last part of the meeting, a full-fledged member of the European Parliament, Danuta Maria Gubner, gave a speech thanking the delegates for their fruitful work, congratulated Ukrainians on receiving the Sakharov Prize for freedom of thought, and also wished the delegates further advancement on the parliamentary path.
