Humanitarian aid from the partner city of Warsaw arrived at WUNU
The Polish-Ukrainian scientific partnership has a long and good history. The classical university of Ternopil has established international cooperation with numerous universities and organizations in Poland.
And now, at a difficult time for the Ukrainian people, when Russian troops carry out a brutal attack on the territory of Ukraine, we have received extraordinary support from our Polish friends.
The other day a truck with humanitarian aid arrived at West Ukrainian National University from Conviventia, the Juliusz Słowacki Foundation in Warsaw.
Hygiene products and medicines for first aid will be sent to the front and handed over to people who arrived in Ternopil region from the regions where the fighting is taking place.
The staff of the university expresses great gratitude to Mr. Martin Bakiyevich, the head of the foundation, and his team for their rapid response, support and sincere friendship!
