WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL LAW SCHOLAR
Whereas judges, prosecutors, and lawyers are rather well-known jobs, some qualifications remain unfamiliar. Thus, few know what international law scholars are or, more specifically, what they do. Mostly, these experts are employed by state organizations and companies that have clients and conduct their commercial activities abroad.
Their duties include execution and legal examination of treaties, negotiation with international partners and counteragents as well as legal support for various agreements. These specialists are also responsible for monitoring and analyzing changes in both domestic and external legislation and handling cases at international arbitration and foreign courts of competent jurisdiction.
