WEST UKRAINIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

 Teachers and students of the Department of Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Computer Information Technologies of West Ukrainian National University took part in the international conference IDDM2023, 6th International Conference on Informatics & Data-Driven Medicine (Bratislava, Slovakia).

 The second cycle of training sessions on "European Regionalism: Practical Implementation" for civil servants and local government officials has started at West Ukrainian National University. This year, the target audience of the event included employees of the Main Department of the National Police in Ternopil Oblast. The training is part of the Jean Monnet Programme project 101048216 - REFRAG - ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH "Regional Integration: European Benchmark under the Challenges of Global Fragmentation (REFRAG)".

 Recently, the Ukrainian Negotiation Club held a meeting at the Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University, coordinated online by Philip Brown, a negotiations expert and founder of the UK Negotiation Club.

 West Ukrainian National University has hosted the VI Western Ukrainian Forum "IT Perspective".

 Within the framework of cooperation between West Ukrainian National University and the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland), the staff of the Department of International Law and Migration Policy of the Law Faculty invites students and teachers to take part in the scientific seminar "EU Environmental Law: Polish Experience of Implementation as a Source of Inspiration forUkraine?".

 On 15-17 November 2023, teachers of the Law Faculty of West Ukrainian National University Svitlana Mazepa (PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure), Tetiana Drakokhrust (PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism), Viktoriia Ivaniuk (PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure), and Ihor Metelskyi (PhD, Acting Head of the Department of Security and Law Enforcement) took part in an international scientific conference within the framework of the Comparative Research Platform 2023 project in Warsaw (Poland).

 Students of the Psychology of Negotiation and Mediatio" study programme have unique opportunities to gain practical experience from the world's best experts. At the initiative of the new Swiss partner of the ERIC, CEO of Assertive Group Steve Alban Tineo, on 11 November 2023 at 9:00 a.m., the workshop "Crisis negotiations. Fear in the field: How to handle them and how to handle yourself" will be held at the Education and Research Institute of Communications of WUNU.

 The Faculty of Finance and Accounting of West Ukrainian National University, as part of the financial literacy activities, organised and held a lecture-discussion for the students of the faculty "Savings. Financial Literacy". Guest lecturer - Oleksandr Sokhatskyi, financial advisor, speaker of the national financial literacy project, financial literacy ambassador of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, regional head of the NGO "Business Club "Partner" Ternopil".

 The Education and Research Institute of Communications of West Ukrainian National University invites students, teachers, businessmen and everyone interested in the practice of business negotiations to the third session of the Ukrainian Negotiation Club, which will be held on 10 November 2023 at 17:00.
