<p><b>The objective of the German-Ukrainian Higher Education Network (DUHN)</b> is to ensure, continue, and expand the cooperation between Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Fachhochschule Dortmund) and three Ukrainian universities: the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” (NUZP), Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA), and West Ukrainian National University (WUNU) in Ternopil by establishing a University Alliance focused on project management, digitalization, innovation, and sustainable development.</p>
<p>This University Alliance for Project and Innovation Management (UA4PIM) is planned to be established with subsequent direct integration into the European Partnership for Project and Innovation Management (EuroPIM) network. Cooperation is carried out at the level of master’s and doctoral programmes and is supported by numerous companies as well as professional organizations such as IEEE and IPMA.</p>
<p><b>Project objectives:</b></p>
<p>- Integration of master’s programmes of Ukrainian universities into the Virtual Master School and the Digital Education Ecosystem (DEE)</p>
<p>- Development and piloting of master’s modules:</p>
<p>1)   Sustainable Project Management</p>
<p>2)   Sustainable Digital Transformation</p>
<p>3)   Human–Artificial Intelligence Interaction and Collaboration</p>
<p>- Expansion of double degree agreements and integration of curricula between Ukrainian and European higher education institutions</p>
<p>- Development of transition qualifications (prep4projects), including micro-credentials, to ensure readiness for double degree programmes</p>
<p>- Strengthening digital infrastructure and implementing the Digital Education Ecosystem in Ukraine</p>
<p>- Supporting peer-to-peer mentoring and community development through the Alumni Network</p>
<p>- Development of Train-the-Trainer (TtT) programmes for Ukrainian universities focused on English-medium instruction, digital technologies, and project-based learning</p>
<p>- Participation of Ukrainian lecturers and researchers in EuroPIM events and the international project management community (e.g., IEEE IDAACS, E-TEMS, Kyiv PM Conference)</p>
<p>- Implementation of automated digital workflows for academic student mobility, recognition of learning outcomes, and planning</p>
<p>- Integration of UA4PIM into the German-Ukrainian Higher Education Network (DUHN)</p>
<p><b>Expected outcomes:</b></p>
<p>- Ensuring the dissemination, implementation, and institutionalization of new approaches to project management supported by UPMA (IPMA) and IEEE TEMS</p>
<p>- Strengthening the impact on standardization and accreditation processes in the field of higher education in Ukraine</p>
<p>- Expanding and deepening cooperation within the German-Ukrainian Higher Education Network through stakeholder engagement, the introduction of new interaction formats, and the creation of innovative educational approaches</p>
<p>- Active participation in international programmes (Eastern Partnerships, KA171, Erasmus, BMBF) to ensure sustainable and long-term partnership development</p>
<p>- Developing graduates’ competencies for working in interdisciplinary, international, and intercultural teams</p>
<p>- Enhancing students’ English communication skills, project management competencies, and digital literacy for the use of IT tools in collaboration, communication, and project management</p>
<p>- Strengthening universities’ orientation toward modern project-based learning models through the development of relevant educational formats</p>
<p>- Expanding cooperation between universities and industry to ensure the practical orientation, innovativeness, and labour market relevance of educational projects</p>
