Lecture course "The impact of European law on Polish civil law"
As part of the curriculum of the School of Polish and European Law, students and teachers of West Ukrainian National University had a chance to attend a lecture course "The impact of European law on Polish civil law".
Lecturer - prof. Aneta Wiewiorowska, Doctor of Osnabrück University (Germany), graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznan), University of Warsaw and Utrecht University (Netherlands), member of the Codification Commission of Polish Civil Law.
During the classes, students examined legislative regulation of consumer rights protection in the EU, interdependence, basic principles, peculiarities of interpretation of private law of the European Union member states.
The participants consolidated the acquired knowledge with the help of a case-law study.
